I am a professor of political science and Director of the Institute for Policy Research and Public Affairs in Eberly College at West Virginia University. My area of expertise is constructing large data infrastructures to answer fundamental questions about public policy across time and space.
Here, you will find thoughts on government, public policy, data, and drinks. My work touches on all facets of public policy and statistics. Please be in touch on socials or the contact form if you'd like to workshop a collaboration. I work with the public, private, and nonprofit sectors with equal vigor.
I also have a love of cocktails and imbibing a good drink with a great conversation. You'll find potions and procedures to your right.
