It's been a week. Time for a little cocktail booster. This time, it's my take on The Gage's (Chicago) San Juan Deluxe. I'll call it The Tropic of Winston. Time to tip one. #cocktails 🍸🍹

Build in the glass, add your soda, and stir like a gentleman. Have a couple and fight them on the beaches.

Churchill drank Scotch highballs all day. Blended, Speyside, and Highland Scotch will work well here - Isle or Islands (not an official category) might be a bit much smoke. Oh, and I didn't have a lime for garnish. Lemon subs... Ok. Lime is better for the nose here.
