Mix all ingredients sans garnish and saline in a tin. Spritz a chilled Martini glass or coupe with the saline. Double strain into the glass and garnish with 1 or 3 raspberries.

The Bitter Cube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters have a subtle fennel not that is good here. This is all about the dance of Chambord and pineapple juice, so stick with the vodka.
