Because this uses lime cordial, you can stir this one. Spritz a chilled Nick & Nora glass with the saline. Stir down the ingredients in a mixing glass and strain into the chilled Nick and Nora. Gently slide the lime wheel into the glass.

At the founding, Rum was the spirit of America just before the tyranny of Bourbon. You could, of course, make this with lime juice and simple syrup on proportions you like, just don't expect the clarity and shake it. Note that Planteray 3 Stars is a blended rum (Barbados, Trinidad, and Jamaica) - a regular white rum would not produce the same thing, though it would work fine.
