Without Faculty
Potion:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
- 3 drops Tiki Bitters
- 2 drops 20% Saline
- Brulee banana garnish
Procedure:
In a mixing glass add all ingredients sans garnish. Add ice and stir down the drink until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with a large chunk of clear, "hand-crafted" ice. Garnish with bruleed banana.

Options:
- This drink is also really great with a split base of apple brandy and bourbon.
- A milk-washed version is silky excellence.
- Black walnut bitters are amazing in this drink.
